The conference "Food, Law, and Justice: Europe and the Fight for Environmental Sustainability," moderated by Simona Ciccarini, a doctoral student in commercial law at the University of Helsinki. Three speakers from different European contexts will participate: Laura Cortè, lawyer (France); Lucrezia Perissi, lawyer (Italy); and Karolina Pruchniewcz, lawyer (Poland). The discussion will address the importance of integrating environmental sustainability into the European Union's food and legal policies, highlighting key issues for the future of our planet.
