DiSRel research network
An initiative to develop a research network directed toward digital services and relationships. The parties concerned in Sweden are: The service research center (CTF) at Karlstad University and The Center for Information and Communication Research (CIC) at Stockholm School of Economics. In Finland, participating parties are Centre for Relationship Marketing and Service Management (CERS), at HANKEN, Swedish School of Economics and Business Administration, and the Department of Marketing and Management and the Department of Business Technology, at The Helsinki School of Economics (HSE) in Helsinki.
