Finnish Service Alliance Special Interest Group: Segmentation, predictive analytics and targeting
March 2014 – Present (8 months) A network of professionals that share experiences and best practices about customer segmentation, predictive analytics and targeting. Members include both practitioners and academics from different business fields and disciplines. Our aim is to share knowledge, test and try out innovative techniques, methods and ways to implement research results into practice. The special interest group operates within the Finnish Service Alliance (FSA).
