Maria Sandberg is a postdoctoral researcher at Hanken School of Economics. Her PhD thesis analyses ways to reduce consumption levels in high-consuming societies in response to environmental degradation. Her main research interest is sustainability transitions towards degrowth, sufficiency, and sustainable production-consumption systems.
In 2015, UN member states agreed to 17 global Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) to end poverty, protect the planet and ensure prosperity for all. This person’s work contributes towards the following SDG(s):
