Academic publishing in the Nordic countries, A survey of nordic logistics and supply chain management journal rankings.

Journal rankings are gaining importance in the field of logistics and supply chain management in the Nordic countries as the tendency to compare business schools and universities, departments and faculty is increasing. This paper reports a journal quality ranking survey of Nordic logistics and SCM faculty as to their perspectives of leading journals. It also explores the attitudes towards open access publishing. The paper also discusses the relevance of journal rankings for academic productivity.
