Project Details
Description
Reverse logistics activities are usually not registered separately from activities related to "forward" logistics. Thus basic cost data for managing reverse logistics processes is difficult to obtain, adding to the difficulties of controlling, and managing these processes. Therefore the aim of this project is to develop a framework to account for reverse flows, in order to improve the control of reverse logistics processes. The project is carried out in co-operation with the Department of Business Studies at the Aarhus School of Business.
