APPLICATION TO A NEW CONCEPTUAL FRAMEWORK OF SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT

    Project: Externally funded project

    Project Details

    Description

Recently it has been suggested that successful supply chain management contains three important decisions. These decisions concern with whom to integrate in the supply chain, which supply chain processes to link and what type/level of integration the supply chain processes require. A paper based on the new conceptual framework provided an application in a health care setting in order to increase understanding of the framework by providing a real case environment (Spens and Bask 2002). The aim of this project is to further explore the framework and to continue the development of the framework for managerial purposes.
