CO-OPETITION IN BUSINESS NETWORKS

Project: Externally funded project

Project Details

Description

This project attempts to contribute to an increased understanding of interactions and relationships between competitors within a business network over time. Earlier studies focusing on relationships among competitors are few, and a static approach has commonly been used. In this project we are therefore using a longitudinal approach in order to grasp a better understanding of the dynamics of relationships among competitors. We have used four categories to classify the relationships between competitors derived from the degrees of cooperation and competition, namely cooperation, coexistence, coopetition and competition.
