This international research network focuses on digital services and relationships (DiSRel). Digital services and relationships are based on the use of information and communication technology. The overall research theme is to understand the role of digital services and relationships in customers’ everyday life. The relevant research units are CERS Centre for Relationship Marketing and Service Management at Department of Marketing at HANKEN Swedish School of Economics and Department of Marketing and Management and Department of Business Technology at Helsinki School of Economics in Helsinki Finland, as well as in Sweden CTF Centre of Service Research and Department of Information Systems at Karlstad University and Center for Information and Communication Research at Stockholm School of Economics.
