FORMULATION OF STRATEGIES IN BUSINESS NETWORKS

Project: Externally funded project

Project Details

Description

The network approach has been a subject of growing interest among researchers and practitioners in the industrial as well as in the international market. Few studies have, however, focused on how to build and maintain long-term relationships from a strategic point of view. The purpose of this study is to discuss how the strategy process will differ when a focal actor has to take the context, in which he is embedded, into account.
