Description
This project is the Finnish part of a Nordic-Baltic project on how retail banking can be expected to develop in the future. Universities in Sweden,Norway and Estonia were also connected to the project. At Hanken and CERS the project has produced three doctoral theses and one licentiate thesis and scientific articles, book chapters and conference papers.
