This research project investigates
(1) how AI reshapes the way we work, lead and collaborate
(2) how AI-based methods can be used, apart from boosting productivity, can be leveraged to cultivate human and social capabilities within organisational life.
As the Lead Researcher for one of the project's work packages, I focus on lifelong learning, professional growth and adaptability for a sustainable working life.
