Description

The overall objective of this study is to understand the structures and processes for creating and managing the capability of networks in international project business as well as the evolution of network capability in the course of the project. The phenomenon of network capability was suggested by the subsequently presented study which has revealed that the successful accessing and combination of the capabilities of different network actors is a critical success factor in international project business. The project will develop a conceptual language and framework and empirically study the phenomenon in a number of international projects.
