Main principles of Finnish company law

Project: Other project

Project Details

Description

Finnish company law should be interpreted in the light of several main rules such as restrictions on the use of company funds, the distribution of powers between different organs of the company and the powers of company representatives to bind the company. Since the exact contents of these main rules have not been clarified yet, the interpretation of Finnish company law is difficult. This project analyzes several main rules of Finnish company law in a comparative perspective and leads to a better understanding of existing law.
