Description

The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between a large multinational buyer and the small and medium-sized suppliers within a supply network. I will look at how this supply network fuctions today, and how it can be developed to become more efficient in the future. I would like to point out that every buying company has several different kinds of supplier relationships, and I will especially focus on the fact that every buyer needs a wide variety of suppliers. Empirical material has been gathered from the suppliers as well as from the buyer within this network.
