Description

The main goal of the project is to gain a deeper understanding of how foreign subsidiaries contribute to knowledge creation within multinational corporations, and to identify facilitators of and impediments to transfer processes. The project is divided into four sub-projects: 1) a subsidiary perspective on the creation and transfer of knowledge within multinational corporations, 2) knowledge transfer in multinational corporations: a language perspective, 3) knowledge development in cross-national teams, and 4) post-merger integration: a knowledge creation and transfer perspective.
