Description

In this project a complete new method is constructed for measuring the influence of critical incidents in business dyads over time. This new technique, i.e. Negative Critical Incident Mapping (NCIM), is intended to be used to systematically and continuously monitor relationships, especially detecting problems which need attention. A first extensive application has been carried out in a high-technology industry setting, and second corresponding application has been initialised in a business service industry.
