Description

The aim of the project is to study measures taken by Norwegian municipalities to prevent and intervene in workplace harassment and bullying. A questionnaire will be sent to the personnel manager and the safety and health delegate in all Norwegian municipalities. The study builds on a similar project undertaken in Finnish municipalities by Denise Salin.
