The aim of the study is to investigate organising specifically from the point of view of HRM in high-tech start-ups. The novelty with the research approach is to introduce the area of emotions in organisations to this kind of a research setting. The main research question is 'Can we find suitable models of organising for high tech start-ups from somewhere else than within the traditional HRM?'
