Theoretically, to outsource the HRM-functions in an enterprise will give advantages to SMEs in two direct ways. To create a more flexible organization by following the trend to get virtual and to have the possibility to use the services of a HRM-function that can be hard to afford for SMEs. This project analyses SMEs attitudes to outsourcing of HRM-functions.
