Description
MASSE is a service engineering project funded by Business Finland and spearheaded by Aalto University - Department of Industrial Engineering and Management's HEMA Institute - focused on developing a virtual care management system for solving fragmentation of chronic diseases treatment.
My reasearch work centers on service ecosystem coordination and business model development, both locally and for international export opportunities.
