Rating-project (consultancy, OK-Perintä)

During the recent years, the collection business has seen tightening regulation, declining revenues and increasing costs. The business environment has become more and more challenging. The key to being able to produce good financial results in the future will be to get smarter and to do things smarter. There is a strong need for a more systematic and analytic approach in order to improve decision-making. The Rating-project is a way of corresponding to these needs, and the objectives are: (1) Develop and implement a management-tool (decision-tree) for grouping cases, recording feedback, and selecting appropriate actions. (2) Develop guidelines and methodology for small-scale tests. (3) Continuing the work with regression analysis to increase general knowledge and develop a decision-support model for judicial collection.
