The project focuses on the changes in social capital and trust relationships during the recession. The social capital has become to mean various things during the last few years in social sciences. How have the forms of social capital and trust relationships changed during the economic recession of the 1990s in Finland? The project focuses on local and regional levels of those changes as well as the national aspects of social capital, network economy and trust relationships.
