Project Details

Description

The firms faced harder times than they had ever faced before during the economic crisis in Finland in the late 80's and early 90's, and the purpose of this study was to examine by what means Finnish SMEs had survived and prospered during this period. The study consists of three separate studies on this theme, but they are built up around three different key issues. Study one puts the emphasis on product- and market-development activities, the focus of the second study is on the use and mobilisation of internal and external resources, while the third study focuses on growth issues.
