The project studies the use of competitive and resource perspectives as strategic management goals in municipal organizations. It elucidates the use of the competitive perspective central to strategic management in municipal context, and its influence on the management of municipal organizations. In addition, the project studies the relationship of competitive discourse on the resource discussion emerging in the field.
