Temporary agency work in the EU

The purpose of this project to analyse the regulation of temporary agency work in the EU Member States and its economic and sociologic context. Temporary agency work is defined as a situation where a worker is engaged by one enterprise - the temporary work agency - but assigned to work temporarily for and under the supervision of another enterprise - the user enterprise. The project focusses on the need and possibilities for a EU level regulation in this field.
