THE GLOBAL LEADERSHIP AND ORGANIZATIONAL BEHAVIOUR EFFECTIVENESS PROGRAMME

The objectives of the study are to answer the following fundamental questions: Are there leader behaviours that are universally accepted and effective across cultures ? Are there leader behaviours that are accepted and effective only in some cultures ? Presumable, based on prior cross-cultural research, the answer to the second question will be affirmative. If this is the finding, we will determine the kind of leader behaviour that is effective in each culture.
