Description

The aim of the project is to produce new knowledge and increase understanding about women's leadership as well as to promote women's leadership through three focus areas: research, education development and societal influencing. The project is a joint project between three universities: Hanken (leads the project), Helsinki School of Economics (HSE) and Jyväskylä University (JY). NASTA is funded by the Ministry of Education. The researchers involved are project manager Dr. Liisa Husu (Hanken)(previously Minna Hiillos); Reserach Directors: Professors Jeff Hearn (Hanken), Sinikka Vanhala (HSE) and Anna-Maija Lämsä (JY); post-doctoral researchers Marjut Jyrkinen (Hanken), Sinikka Pesonen (HSE), doctoral researchers Charlotta Niemistö (Hanken), Marianne Ekonen (JY), Katlin Omair (JY), Suvi Välimäki (JY) and research assistant Johanna Holm (Hanken).
