Abstract
Sista milen hänvisar till den sista sträckan i leveranskedjan där en produkt eller beställning levereras från ett distributionscenter till slutanvändaren. Sista milen beskrivs ofta som den dyraste, mest krävande, ineffektiva och förorenande delen av en leveranskedja. Den växande näthandeln och urbaniseringen gör sista milen allt viktigare.
