Abstract
One of the major drivers of procurement development has been various disruptions in the supplier market and in supply chains. Under normal circumstances, it is important to monitor the supplier market and scan for potential disruptions. Digitization improves opportunities for preparedness. On the other hand, the best data doesn’t help if things don’t get the attention of the company’s management.
