Abstract

The chapter deals with change processes that people can undertake if they are in need. By change, breaking how an individual is thinking or perceiving a certain situation, is implied. The chapter describes different practices that will facilitate for people to move from one state of mind, not beneficial for their subjective well-being, to another one, which are more positive for one’s own well-being and also for the society.
