A review of the current supply chain structure of the Danish Red Cross to help the organization to achieve logistics operational excellence while embracing the future trend. The DRC Supply Chain Review project aims to access the current supply chain and procurement activities of Danish Red Cross, evaluate the supply chain structure in order to sustain the activities, and appraise the current supply chain structure and identify gaps and surplus capacities.
