Beskrivning

The Hanken Teacher Mentor Program is designed to improve the quality of
teaching and student learning at Hanken School of Economics through
collaboration and co-creation practices between new and more experienced faculty
members. During the mentor program, mentors provide guidance for their mentees
in different aspects of teaching and learning ranging from practicalities to deeper
questions in teaching/pedagogy. At the same time, the Hanken Teacher Mentor
Program allows mentors to reflect on their current teaching practices and
philosophy through discussions with their mentees.
