Facilitated training sessions on Sustainable Food Systems as part of integrating transformative innovations into Green TVET curricula development. Sessions were held at three higher learning institutions in Kenya: Nairobi National Polytechnic, Rift Valley National Polytechnic-Nakuru, and Baraka Agricultural College-Molo. The engagement brought together over 1000 students specializing in agriculture, business studies, and food science. During the training, I successfully collected approx. 1,100 responses from students, teachers, and a few selected industrial stakeholders. The data and experience served as the basis for my third research paper.
