Natalia's primary area of the research is at the intersection of organizational behavior and international human resource management. Her doctoral research focuses on the role of executive coaching in developing multicultural capabilities (e.g. cultural intelligence and global mindset) of global leaders in multinational organizations. More precisely, she explores an interaction effect of international experience and executive coaching on learnings of global leaders in VUCA-business environment. Natalia is applying a mixed-method approach and a reflexive methodology in her work.
