Identification & Management of Supply Chain Risks in the TCS Equipment warehouse of P&SHD (Primary & Secondary Healthcare Department Punjab-Pakistan)

The project intended to study the risks pertaining to Supply Chain for P&SHD warehouse of Government of Punjab, located in Lahore-Pakistan and come up with the Risk Management Plan as a mitigation strategy. The warehouse was owned by Government while logistics and overall supply chain was managed by TCS private limited. The operations were run according to the SOPs of TCS and also aligned by Government rules. Analysis of risks entailed equipment loading failures, fire accidents, supplier quality issues, safety stock problems and problems of delivery schedules.

Risk Management Plan was formulated to mitigate the risks associated with the warehouse.
