Beskrivning

The project focuses on three areas: 1) Regulatory problems within the developments of intellectual property law; 2) Competing regulatory regimes in the information society in relation to intellectual property law are information law, contract law, competition law and consumer protectioin law. The prject studies these relationships. 3) To some extent the intellectual property law in in a situation of crises, because of lack of legitimacy. This issue is studied within the project. The prject tries to map the new digital terrain in order to present concrete solutioins to legal problems but also to problems concerning the future regulatory strategy. The project is part of an international co-operation, which includes professor Marianne Levin, Stockholm and docent Annette Kur, Munich.
