RESTRUCTURATION SOCIAL SERVICES. PRODUCTIVITY AND EFFECTIVENESS OF THE WELFARE STATE

The restructuration of the welfare services in Finland has during the 1990s become to mean not only the changes in the service structure but also in the definitions of the effectiveness, productivity and efficiency of the public sector. The new forms of provision such as entrepreneurship in public sector have been examined in the project at the national level.
