Sammanfattning

Kari is mediocre at coding, isn’t willing to learn new technologies and coding languages. GlobeTech is a world leading multinational corporation within Energy, Process & Utility, looking to expand its operations by building up a new subsidiary in Bulgaria. The Bulgarian subsidiary will include a variety of high-priority business functions, including units within IT, sales, marketing, and support. Among the first employees recruited by GlobeTech in Sofia were four software developers and one designer. The intent was to not only make them the first set of employees in the IT department of the Bulgarian subsidiary, but also to immerse them in the organizational culture of the parent company and to implement this culture in Bulgaria. When the Bulgarians entered their new office for the first time, a month after being hired, they felt like superstars as they started their very first real work tasks at height-adjustable standing desks and chairs with brand new computers in their hands.
