Sammanfattning
With the deepening process of the globalization, changing value systems become more and more important in global management. The paper explores the relationship between cultural values at individual level and perceptions of quality of hospital services in an economy that both socially and economically and even culturally is under a process of huge transition. The preliminary results show that contemporary Chinese patients' values indeed influence their assessment of health care services and that the values itself are under flux. The results are tentative and the work is in process.
